ENCA, The Global foundation for Children, and families, with Juvenile Rheumatic & Musculoskeletal Conditions.
 
As you may have noticed, the name of ENCA has been updated. We continue to be recognized globally as ENCA. However, the additional description has been revised to more accurately reflect our values and commitments. But this is not the only change for ENCA for 2025!

• In the past, ENCA has been a working group under PReS, but from 1 January 2025 we will continue independently as a Foundation (Stichting) registered in the Netherlands. This decision was made to ensure that ENCA can be independent and operate efficiently and effectively, which is beneficial for all of us.
• Of course we will continue to work closely with PReS, we need each other for the well-being of our children.
• As before, we also continue to collaborate with other organizations

We are also very busy making administrative and technological changes:

• Update communication tools, IT infrastructure and the ENCA website
• Making steps towards financial independence 
• Coming together as a team and creating a plan for this year and beyond

What will change for you? Absolutely nothing 😊, for now, just a name change! However, we are hopeful that the new ENCA will bring you more benefits in the months and years to come!
